Refund Eligibility:
- Quality issues: Full refund if food quality doesn't meet standards
- Wrong order: Full refund or replacement if we deliver incorrect itemsthe
Non-Refundable Items:
- Orders cancelled after preparation has begun
- Custom or special occasion orders (Diwali/Navratri specials) cancelled within 24 hours
- Perishable items delivered in good condition
Refund Process:

2. Provide order number and details of the issue
3. We may request photos for quality-related claims
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
